HOW DO I PAY THE
CONSULTATION FEE?

You will receive an invoice via text or email from Medica Aesthetics the morning of your appointment. Medica Aesthetics will only conduct the virtual appointment if the invoice has been paid.


What lab work is required?

You must complete a basic lab panel, including CBC, CMP, Lipid, TSH, and A1C, within three months of your first visit. After that, labs will need to be completed at the provider's request to monitor your progress. If you require a lab requisition form, please let us know so you can have your labs done before your appointment.

How do i pay for my medication?

After deemed appropriate for the medication, your prescription will be sent to our compounding pharmacy.
The pharmacy will then send you an invoice via text within 72 hours after your appointment to discuss payment details.

What technology do i need for the virtual appointment?

Make sure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for the virtual consultation. The provider will send you a text message when they are ready for you to enter the virtual appointment.

When will i RECEIVE my medication?

The medication will be sent out within one week after you submit your payment to the pharmacy. Medica Aesthetics has no influence over the pharmacy’s delivery times and I unaware of individual processing times.
